Check-In & Checkout
We will be awaiting your arrival from 3pm onwards.
Please note, if you need to contact us by phone please do so between 9am & 5pm New Zealand time.
Checkout time is 10:00am.
Late Check-out requests by approval PRIOR to your arrival as we may need to accommodate other guests.

House Rules
We operate a strict No-Party Policy.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a Valid Credit Card & Matching ID.
Smoking is not permitted inside the pool house and all butts must be properly disposed of in the bins provided.
No Pets Allowed
All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times for their own safety.
Visitors by permission only.
Be respectful to the property, owners, animals, neighbours and enjoy country life on the fringe.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We hold a fully refundable deposit to cover damages and excess cleaning we have to resolve.
For added peace of mind all bookings have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Any cancellation received the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 nights stay.
All prices include cleaning fees.
Clean bedding for stays over 7 days.
